Person trialing saddle must submit credit card information for the hold of the saddle while it is in their possession.  If the saddle is not a fit, the amount of the saddle will be returned to them MINUS shipping.  Shipping and handling to and fro are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the client.

Person trialing saddle is fully responsible for the care, condition and maintenance of the saddles and accessories lent to him/her by New England Saddle Fit and is liable for the full purchase price of the trial saddles and/or accessories listed about if saddle is returned irreparably damaged. Saddles returned in condition deemed unacceptably dirty by management will be charged a cleaning fee of $30 non-negotiable. Saddles must be returned the condition received without blemishes, scuffs, scratches or wear marks. Should the saddle be returned in used condition, New England Saddle Fit, LLC, reserves the right to charge 40% of the purchase.

TRIAL PERIOD: items MUST be returned to New England Saddle Fit within the one-week (7 days) time frame listed above—unless arrangements are made to keep longer.  If saddle is kept out for longer than 7 days without prior arrangements, a $15 per day charge will apply.
